Statement of Work: The Fleet

1. Overview

This Statement of Work defines the deliverables, timeline, and terms specific to your The Fleet package. This SOW is incorporated into and made part of the Master Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this SOW and the Master Terms, the Master Terms control.

2. Included Deliverables

Your build includes the following deliverables:

1. Multi-page website with professional branding and design
2. Professional domain registration and setup
3. Google Business Profile creation and optimization
4. FMCSA safety score display and compliance metrics
5. DOT/MC number verification and legal entity information
6. Home page with hero messaging and carrier positioning
7. About Us page with company history, mission, and differentiators
8. Fleet page showcasing truck types, capacity, and capabilities (dry van, flatbed, reefer, lowboy, tanker, step deck, etc.)
9. Services page with detailed service offerings and lanes served
10. Driver recruiting page with CDL requirements, benefits, compensation, application form, and testimonials
11. Shipper/Broker page with freight quote request form, capacity form, and carrier strengths
12. Safety & Compliance page (FMCSA ratings, CSA scores, certifications, insurance)
13. Contact page with multiple contact forms (driver apps, shipper quotes, general inquiries)
14. Blog or news section (optional, for load board updates or company announcements)
15. Professional email setup (multiple team members and departments supported)
16. Mobile responsive design across all pages
17. Advanced SEO optimization (local SEO, keyword targeting, meta tags, schema markup)
18. Google Analytics and conversion tracking
19. Lead notification system (auto-email quotes, applications, inquiries to designated email)
20. Client portal for managing lead data and site analytics

3. Intake Process

To begin your project, you will complete a structured intake questionnaire containing 35 questions. This questionnaire collects all necessary information to populate your website template, including:

• Business details (company name, phone, address, service areas)
• Fleet and DOT/MC information
• Services offered (dry van, flatbed, reefer, tanker, etc.)
• Content (about us, driver recruiting copy, shipper messaging)
• Branding (colors, logo, photos)
• Desired domain name and email preferences

The intake form is mandatory to start development. No work begins until this is fully completed and submitted.

4. Development Timeline

Maximum Delivery Window: 7 days from intake completion

Our target is to deliver faster, but we guarantee completion within 7 days. This timeline begins once we receive your completed intake form. Delays caused by incomplete or slow client responses may extend the timeline.

5. Revision Terms

Your build includes 2 (two) rounds of client-requested revisions at no additional charge.

21. Revision Round 1: Submit feedback within 3 business days of initial delivery.
22. Revision Round 2: Submit feedback within 3 business days of Revision Round 1 delivery.
23. Additional Revisions: Beyond 2 rounds, $75/hour applies. We will provide a time estimate before proceeding.

6. Payment and Cancellation

24. Build Payment: Full payment of $2,497 is due immediately upon purchase. This is non-refundable.
25. No Refunds: Once work begins, no refunds are available, even if you cancel the project.
26. Monthly Service: After delivery, your account will be set up for recurring monthly billing at $75/month. You may cancel anytime with written notice.

7. Scope Boundaries

Included:

• Website design, development, and deployment
• Domain registration
• Web hosting
• 2 rounds of revisions

Not Included (Extra Charge):

• Custom features beyond template scope ($75/hour)
• Third-party integrations not standard to your tier ($75/hour)
• Ongoing content updates beyond monthly maintenance ($75/hour)
• SEO optimization beyond tier deliverables ($75/hour)

8. Acceptance and Launch

Once your site is delivered, you have 7 days to review and provide feedback for revisions. After 7 days without feedback, your site is considered accepted and will be launched live.

Launching live means your site will be publicly accessible and indexed by search engines.

9. Support After Launch

Your monthly fee ($75) covers:

• Hosting and uptime monitoring
• Email account management
• Domain renewal and DNS management
• Security updates and backups
• Standard support (24–48 hour response time)

10. Governing Terms

This Statement of Work is supplemental to and governed by the Master Terms of Service. All limitations of liability, indemnification, warranties, and dispute resolution terms in the Master Terms apply to this engagement.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Statement of Work and the Master Terms of Service. Your continued use of your website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
